Lansing FFA Chapter sent 2 teams to the District Ag Mechanics Contest yesterday held at NICC in Calmar.
They had to take a written test, weld, wire a trailer, 3 way switch, plumbing and ID tractor parts.
Team A placed 17th out of 30
Team B placed 19th out of 30
Great job guys!




Our 6th graders spent the day at the City Park in Waukon for Soil Conservation Day.

Other highlights from the State FFA Leadership Convention included the State Championship Milk Quality Team being recognized on stage and Mallory, Addyson and Dustin receiving their State FFA Degrees on stage.

The results are in and congratulations to our Lansing FFA State Poultry Evaluation Team. There were 130 teams and 489 competitors. Landyn Rankin placed 3rd Isabelle Mettille placed 15th Oden Welsh placed 97th Eli Schobert placed 121st Team placed 6th overall Congratulations!




The Lansing FFA Chapter had 10 members attend the State FFA Leadership Convention on Monday and Tuesday. They participated in many activities. They represented the school and community well, while there. Congratulations everyone!






The Lansing FFA Chapter State Championship Milk Quality team will be recognized on stage at the 97th Iowa FFA Convention along with the three Iowa Degree recipients. Session will begin around 3:45pm tomorrow.

Larceny and Old Lace opening night and the sound/light crew are getting ready for a big night! Saturday, April 5 at 7:00 & Sunday, April 6 at 2:00, Kee High.



We have 4 dinner and a show tickets for sale for this Saturday's Larceny and Old Lace show! First to call cast member or Mrs. Manning. $20 adult $18 student. May call the school too by 3:30 today on Friday.



Kee High students participated in a Smoothie Taste Test with the Food Services department today to decide this months Smoothie of the Month! It was quite the competition, but the Incredible Hawk Smoothie (Berry Banana Flavor) was the clear winner. This smoothie will be available on Wednesdays in the Kee High Kitchen as part of breakfast service for the month of April! We are super excited to add this new offering to our breakfast menu and loved letting the students pick their favorite flavor.
